The Author
Salutations, seekers of knowledge and understanding! I am the penman of this blog, but from this point on, you may refer to me as “The Author”. Generally speaking, my policies are firmly set, while still being flexible, when given the proper motivators. My political standpoint is often-times Libertarian in nature, but tend to lean more right leaning than left. I am a Christian person, but feel strongly about every person having religious freedom. My rights end where the next man’s begins.
Furthermore, I believe that people do not need to hate each other to disagree with one another. I believe that conflict resolution should be a skill well-learned by every adult. I maintain that most arguments are misinterpretations and miscommunications, and that they could easily be solved were people to talk them out. Finally, I believe that most times, the truth of every dispute, lies in the middle.
This blog is meant to be more than a soapbox from which I can stand. This is an effort to have adult discussions about policies taking place in the world in which we live. I am a knowledge seeker, myself, looking to find if I am judging the world properly or through colored glasses. I’m looking to find if I have all the knowledge necessary to make the determinations that I have made about the principles that rule this life. I’m looking for different perspectives, as well as similar ones, so that I can find the truth that lies in the middle of every controversy.
